潘慶輝校長自一九八一年從事中學教育工作，曾任教於屯門宣道會陳瑞芝中學及四方福音會深培中學。潘校長委身教學，滿有熱誠，特別著重基督教全人教育，一直深得學生愛戴。他先後修畢教育學士學位（主修電腦教育）、教育文憑及輔導等課程，並考獲教育行政碩士。多年來，潘校長致力於課程發展及教育行政研究與實踐，並曾編著中學課本，兼任香港公開大學教育行政科部份時間導師。他熱心服務社會，現任興學證基協會董事、香港童聲合唱協會董事、香港教育學院藝術系顧問委員、大埔區公民教育運動委員、大埔青少年服務地方委員及新界北總區道路安全運動委員等工作。

Mr. Poon Hing Fai has been appointed as the principal of Ling Liang Church M H Lau Secondary School since 1999. He Had taught in Christian Alliance S C Chan Memorial College for 11 years and Sample Memorial School for 7 years. Having been involved in secondary school education for 20 years, Mr. Poon is enthusiastic, committed and highly respected by his students. Since he advocates a whole-person developmental approach in education, he encourages students to participate in extra-curricular activities. He also puts his emphasis on the importance of music education. Mr. Poon holds a Bachelor of Education in Computing Education, a Postgraduate Diploma of Education and a Counseling Certificate. He was awarded a Master Degree in Education Administration.

Over the years, Mr. Poon has been devoted to curriculum development and research in educational administration, and he has written secondary school course books. He was also a part-time tutor in Education Administration at the Hong Kong Open University. Currently Mr. Poon is a Director of the School for Christ Foundation and Director of Hong Kong Treble Choirs’Association. He is also an External Consultation Committee Member of the Department of Creative Arts of HKIED and an active member of the Tai Po Civil Education Committee, the Youth Summer Programme Organizing Committee in Tai Po District, the New Territories North Regional Road Safety Campaign Committee to list only three.
